The court clerk has the primary responsibility to record, file, and maintain as permanent records the proceedings of the district court.

Private Process Server Licensing

Oklahoma Statute Reference: 12 O.S. ยง158.1

A person is prohibited from applying for, obtaining, or renewing a process server license if he/she has been convicted of:

  • a violent crime, as defined in Section 571 of Title 57 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
  • a crime that required the person to register pursuant to the Sex Offenders Registration Act in this state or another state.

    Good for one (1) year / Process is the same as a new license/Statewide

    Renewal Process Server - Statewide $229.14

  • Good for three (3) years / Process is the same as a new license/Statewide
