Oklahoma Statute Reference: 12 O.S. ยง158.1
A person is prohibited from applying for, obtaining, or renewing a process server license if he/she has been convicted of:
a violent crime, as defined in Section 571 of Title 57 of the Oklahoma Statutes. a crime that required the person to register pursuant to the Sex Offenders Registration Act in this state or another state. Forms Needed:
