The court clerk has the primary responsibility to record, file, and maintain as permanent records the proceedings of the district court.
ON APRIL 15, 2024, THE COURT CLERK'S OFFICE BEGAN A NEW ERA OF BRINGING ABOUT CHANGE TO KEEP UP WITH PROGRESS........THE RESULT WAS A NEWLY REMODELED OFFICE IN THE COURTHOUSE THAT IS DOWNSTAIRS WITH MAJOR UPGRADES AND TONS MORE ROOM TO ALLOW THE CLERK'S OFFICE TO MORE EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY SERVE THE CITIZENS OF MCCURTAIN COUNTY.
