McCurtain County Election Board will be closed to the public Tuesday, August 11 at 12:00 p.m. through Friday, August 14. Normal hours resume Monday, August 17. They can be reached at 580.245.9533

Court Clerk

The court clerk has the primary responsibility to record, file, and maintain as permanent records the proceedings of the district court.
Payment Options

Payments to the Court may be made by the following means:

  • In person by Cash, Cashier's Check, Personal Check, Money Order, Debit/Credit Card, VISA, MasterCard, American Express.
  • By mail by Cashier's Check, Personal Check, Money Order. DO NOT mail cash!
  • Online website at www.odcr.com
  • By phone to the Court Clerk's office at (580) 286-3693 by Debit/Credit Card, VISA, MasterCard, American Express.
  • We also have a drop-box under the awning at the front steps of the courthouse. Please DO NOT leave cash in the drop-box!
